Shipping
No, currently we only ship within the USA but we definitely will in the nearby future. Subscribe to our newsletter, and stay updated with the latest information.
We process and ship your order the same or next business day. Your order should usually take 2-7 days to arrive depending on where you are, but no more than 10 business days. If it takes longer, please contact us : info@tuarod.com. Custom orders may take a little longer, up to 10 business days to process and ship.
This depends on where you’re ordering to, and will be calculated at the check-out. Orders above $99 have free shipping.

Return & Refund

We offer full refunds for unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise. The item must have all of its original tags, still attached and intact. Exchanges are processed as a new order. We will refund your original form of payment for the value of the returned merchandise and charge you for the new order. More details can be found in our Return & Refund Policy

The original shipping charge for online orders will usually not be refunded. Please note, that we do not refund shipping costs or any duties / taxes incurred. The return shipping charge to our warehouse is at your own cost. TUAROD LLC will not cover any custom charges, if you return your order from outside the USA.
Once we receive the return-package in perfect condition, our team will process the refund. This process can take 3-5 working days.
You will receive store credit for future purchases after returning discounted items. Take into consideration that shipping fees and discount applied on the initial order will be deducted from the value of the coupon.
Yes, you can return items that were purchased for a discounted price. These items cannot be refunded however and you will receive a coupon for future purchasing instead.
